First Friday Art Walk – April 2017
Discover Art Downtown at NexLynx Gallery of Arts, Friday April 7th from 5pm to 8pm, to view the talented student art of Hayden Catholic High School during our First Friday Art Walk.
Once a year NexLynx opens its Gallery to a local High School to showcase the works of talented young artists. This year we host the ninth through twelfth grade visual art students from Hayden Catholic High School, displaying a variety of mediums including drawing, painting, ceramics, and design.
Art instructors, Athena Sutton and Edw Balda, will present the artwork in the exhibit comprised of pieces by Frances Befort, Laura Burenheide, Cameron Cafer, Madison Carr, Lyndsey Cole, Zoe Collins, Courtney Desch, Katrina Escobar, Braden Falley, Ally Gales, Kaitlyn Garza, Caleb Gish, Payne Hamilton, Calli Herman, Jadyn Jay, Sarah Keck, Maeve McInerney, Brenna Morrissey, Garrett Muller, Yovanka Ortega, Isabelle Pryor, Claire Reinert, Dianne Rubio, Grace Schmanke, Nathan Smith, Jaqueline Solis Maldonado, Kendall Sutton, Dan Towle and Maria Weiter.
As always, we will have snacks, soda, craft beer and wine. Or try one of several varieties of iced or hot tea or coffee from the brew station.
We hope to see you here!
